There is nothing wrong with speaking there (Ron Paul has done it), but there is something wrong when you say: “There is no greater force for freedom than the men and women of the United States military.” Naturally, the students applauded. The truth, of course, and I’m sorry it is so, is that there is no greater force for evil than the men and women of the United States military. Just ask those on the receiving end of U.S. bombs and bullets for the crime of just being born in Iraq or Afghanistan.
