I think many of you have seen this example of Bush worship, but I wonder if I might ask blog readers a favor. I know I once came across a traditional Christian song (not necessarily a hymn) that some religious rightist had either rewritten or reinterpreted so that the references to Christ became references to Bush. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? If so, can you drop me a line? Any other, similar inanities would also be most welcome. Thanks!
