Religious liberty versus property rights

A large part of the Justice Department’s project to protect religious freedom involves applying anti-private property “civil rights” laws to cases of “religious discrimination.” Good to know that Gonzales will make sure that no one is denied a job, an apartment, or a loan because they are a practicing Wicca.
