Anthony, thanks for alerting me to that very kind piece. Reason magazine is getting pretty sad at this point, dredging up p.c. thoughtcrimes from someone’s past. Gee, how different that is from the so-called intellectuals of the statist apparatus they purport to oppose.
Jeff Tucker helpfully pointed to Cathy Young’s statism here, and Dan McCarthy hilariously recalled editor Nick Gillespie’s statement about libertarianism being more a lifestyle than a political philosophy. Sure thing, Nick.
I think I’ll console myself over the fact that p.c. libertarians like Gillespie and Young don’t like me by glancing at the prominent blurb on my front cover from Ron Paul, whose work has been, well, rather more substantial in defense of liberty.
