As the Mahatma Obama (pbuh) escalates in Afghanistan and fails to follow through on withdrawal promises on Iraq, he’s going to become much more dependent on congressional Republicans, who will never abandon war, these specific wars, and the messianic militarist nationalism behind them. It will be fun to watch. Excruciating too.
