Ryan: One of my favorite films lampoons the funeral industry. It is The Loved One, taken from Evelyn Waugh’s novel of the same name. Big-name stars are in it: Jonathan Winters, Rod Steiger, Dana Andrews, Liberace, Anjanette Comer, Robert Morse, John Gielgud, Milton Berle, James Coburn, Margaret Leighton, Roddy McDowell, Tab Hunter, and Mrs. Joyboy, among others.
