Lew: Your blog about Hillary’s recent addition to fabrication reminds me of the bumper-sticker I saw sometime back. It read: “Al Gore did not invent the Internet; he invented global warming.”
Doesn’t this remind you of the old days when the Soviet Union would lay claim to having invented everything from the airplane to television? I suppose that when people operate a system that insists on running everything, they have to invent accomplishments to justify all of the energy put into that system.
