Lew, I note that in this 5–4 Supreme Court decision, justices Kennedy, Roberts, Scalia, Alito, and Thomas, who all voted in the majority, were all appointed by Republican presidents. How many times have we heard that we need to vote Republican so the right Supreme Court justices will be appointed? Certainly not in this case.
