I had to make this a separate blog rather than adding it to my previous blog because it was so unbelievable. Tomás Engle wrote to me to point out that at 3:02 in the Alan King routine, the name on the obituary that King reads out is ‘Ludwig Von Elder Mises’!!! (He mispronounces ‘Mises’ by saying ‘Myses’ and he says ‘Elder’ rather than ‘Edler.’ Ludwig Von Mises’s full name was Ludwig Heinrich Edler von Mises.)

If this isn’t serendipity, I don’t know what is.
