Lew: Tom Sowell makes a very good point. For all of its posturing to the contrary, “politically-correct” thinking continues to reflect the racist mindset of the plantation: a white woman can give birth to a black baby, but a black woman cannot give birth to a white baby!
Slavery is a wicked practice that is difficult to get out of the system. Perhaps this is why so many can rightly applaud the 13th Amendment’s ending of government-enforced private slavery, while retaining the practice on behalf of the state!
