Wendy I share your concern that Phyllis Chesler may start a trend of gender feminists jumping on board the democratic imperialist bandwagon on the grounds that the US is advancing “women’s rights.” I assume the folks at Frontpapge magazine see the benefits of recruiting gender feminists to the war party and that is why they ran the interview with Chesler. Perhaps the neocons will start emphasizing how the war for democracy can advance gender feminism in anticipation of a Hillary presidency.
