One could make the argument that this guy’s team is effectively running an anarcho-city hall. By appraising the situation with realistic expectations, they’re maintaining order for their property and providing reliable, although limited, information to the outside world, all much better than New Orleans City Hall. They’re a combined militia, media outlet, and business. What kind of people are capable of this? Two words come to mind, natural elites. This effort is truly heroic.
