Whenever I am asked the question: “if only one governmental program could be abolished, which one would you prefer?”, my answer has always been: “give me a tough question. My first choice would be the government school system. (My wife has long reminded me to not refer to it as the ‘public schools.’) The collectivist indoctrination provided by this institutionalized form of child abuse is what makes all of the other political evils possible.”
