RE: Incineration Time

Lew, Walter Pincus writes the following in the Sunday edition of the Washington Post in his report on the new DoD (Department of Death) doctrine about when Potus could approve the use of nuclear weapons:

The Joint Staff draft doctrine explains that despite the end of the Cold War, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction “raises the danger of nuclear weapons use.” It says that there are “about thirty nations with WMD programs” along with “nonstate actors [terrorists] either independently or as sponsored by an adversarial state.”

This is funny. Near as I can tell, the only increased danger of nuclear weapons usage I see is by the Imperial government in Mordor-on-the-Potomac. As the very document in question shows.
