I have never been a big fan of college football, but I do enjoy professional football since, as a native Pittsburgher, I had the good fortune of growing up during the reign of the greatest team ever to play the game: the seventies Steelers.

The discussion also brought to mind the Supreme Court decision a few years ago “outlawing” prayers before Texas High School football games. The Court said High School football was not serious enough to be “”solemnized with prayer.”
