Ryan since Target is infamous for acquiring the land for their stores via “eminent domain” they cannot be considered a free-market success story. After all, Target may not be as profitable (or able to offer such low prices to consumers) if it had to purchase the land for their stores by paying property owners a price the owners would accept, instead of getting politicians to steal the land for them.
