Lew, Ralph Raico alerted me to Glenn Greenwald’s good piece on this, The creepy mindset behind Cass Sunstein’s creepy proposal. As Raico noted, Greenwald is a progressive, but he mainly writes (brilliantly) on issues of civil liberties and war.
