In the articles noted below by Lew, published on the Cato web site, Richard Epstein “wishes” that Congress will use its powers “wisely,” whereas Roger Pilon thinks “politics” is a better protector of liberty than the Constitution.

Of course, politics (i.e., government) is always and everywhere the biggest enemy of freedom, and a “wise Congress” is as likely as a barking cat or meowing dog.

Has bin Laden poisoned the D.C and Chicago water supplies with stupid juice?
