Lew:  It is interesting that news of this technology was made available to us by the Russia-Today website (RT.com). I have seen nothing about this in the mainstream media. By contrast, CNN spent a good amount of time, yesterday, informing us – with the assistance of three talking-heads – of its major story: “dog bites four year old girl.”  I suppose the fact that the dog was not on a leash helped make this a homeland security issue!
