I received an email from someone associated with PETA who says that my story on Michael Vick was incorrect when I stated Peter Singer was the founder of PETA. I do stand corrected there, but then as I looked at the PETA material, I also found that Singer’s book, Animal Liberation, is considered to be the “Bible” of the entire “animal rights” movement.

Oh, yes, lest anyone doubts that PETA gives full support to the works of Peter Singer, that person might want to read from PETA’s own website. On this site, you are reading Singer’s words directly, what the PETA site calls “groundbreaking” work.

So, don’t be fooled by anyone who says that PETA does not share Peter Singer’s agenda.
