Poor NASA

Are you surprised that a state bureaucracy is 1) cutting corners (well, they are liable for damages, aren’t they?), 2) can’t “please everybody” (isn’t the state supposed to please everyone??), 3) pushing back its schedule by a full year (1-year delays usually do save money…), and 4) struggling to repeat the feat of putting a man on the moon within a half-century of the last time it accomplished this? Neither am I.
