The election wasn’t called for more than a few minutes before I started seeing images of “Paper Joan” or “Joan the Silencer” in my Facebook feed:
“Joan,” who is a GOP establishment operative from Modesto California (video), has now been consigned to the fate of the “Casually-Pepper-Spray-Everything Cop.”
