Panarchism and Anarchism

“Anarchism is not a romantic fable but the hardheaded realization, based on five thousand years of experience, that we cannot entrust the management of our lives to kings, priests, politicians, generals, and county commissioners.” — Edward Abbey

Panarchism is the moral realization that entrusting the management of your life to kings, priests, politicians, generals, and county commissioners should be at your risk and cost and only at your risk and cost, not those of unwilling others forced into your territorial government.
