Laurence: I wouldn’t be so kind as to refer to Palin as a “deceived warmonger,” but as a “deceiving warmonger.” I am willing to accept that a bartender in Keokuk, Iowa, might have been “deceived” by the warmongering of this administration, but those seeking the high office to which Ms. Palin aspires should be held to a higher standard. This is particularly the case when the words of national candidates are rarely their own, but have been crafted and/or approved by the established interests they seek to serve.
