Yeah, that’s about as surprising as “Ford Funds Critique of Toyota,” or “Burger King Funds Critique of McDonald’s.” In this case, a “researcher” from the Koch Foundation-funded Mercatus Institute at George Mason University is all over the media, including Koch Foundation-funded Reason TV, making the case against nuclear power. (The nuclear industry has benefited from government subsidies, as has the oil industry for the past century or more. I’m not defending the nuclear industry here, but pointing out the fact that the Mercatus “researcher” is not exactly unbiased).
