The Republicans favor tax cuts weighted heavily toward the wealthy, says President Obama. Of course they are. Fifty percent of Americans pay no income taxes at all. The top 10 percent of income earners pay most of the taxes. Of course tax cuts are weighted heavily toward the wealthy instead of the tax eaters that will vote for Obama.
