Ah, I don’t mean to dog those lovable little Objectivists–they are cute in their own way. Some might even call me one.
But I can’t help that the following occurred to me–in a recent Objectivist list I implied Objectivists don’t have a sense of humor. One of them tried to loosen up and show I was wrong, and said something like, “Dayaamm Stephan!” and then tried to be funny, but failed. It reminded me of almost Johnson great quote:
“A woman’s preaching is like a dog’s walking on his hind legs. It is not done well, but you are surprised to find it done at all.”
