Obama, who has clearly turned over a new leaf, is proposing new and massive spending cuts. These cuts are so huge that you can’t really watch the news today without hearing about them.
Just how huge, you ask? He’s cutting $17 billion — while he spends $3.5 trillion. That’s a whopping two fifths of a percent, which brings the budget down to roughly $3.5 trillion.
