As part of a continued attack on federalism and individual liberty, the Obama Administration will begin cracking down on medical marijuana dispensaries in states where medical marijuana is legal. Among other things, we can thank the Gonzalez v. Raich (2005) case for this. Thanks Scalia.
Yet another example of how Obama is no different than Bush and Democrats are no different than Republicans. They are all for fascism and against freedom.
