“Thanks for your article. I’ve sent it on to some of my friends who are as brain washed as I once was. Just took my kids out of public school and put them in a small private school. Some collectivists here are beside themselves, but my kids are so much happier with a more challenging and honest curriculum. I’ll not bore you with the astonishing stupidity, bullying, cries of racism, and socialist indoctrination they were subjected to, but it was more than my wife (who teaches at a public school, so she knows) and I could bear. The school they are attending now is very affordable, and if it weren’t for the gov’t, all children could afford a quality education like this. Five grand a year, including books and all fees for two kids, 10 and 12, while the state of Alabama spends about 9 grand a year to indoctrinate one student.”
