No Freedom Left Behind

President Bush plans to increase unconstitutional federal education funding and expand No Child Left Behind’s testing mandates to high schools. Conservative policy experts where quick to express concerns over Bush’s proposal to further expand federal control of education: “I don’t know if there’s political will on [Capitol Hill] to expand testing in high school,” Krista Kafer, an education policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation, told the Los Angeles Times.
