Nicholas Cage, Tax Victim

The actor is being forced to pay the feds another $14 million though he has already paid them $70 million in taxes. What has he gotten from the gang of thieves in DC that is allegedly worth $84 million? Blankout, as Rand used to say.  (Thanks to Eli Cryderman)

UPDATE from Mike Hargett:

I’m not a fan of the state and its taxes, quite the opposite, but I almost feel that Cage gets what he deserves for making dreck like National Treasure and its even worse sequel.  While the first was full of praise for government agents and their “tireless” efforts to preserve the “nation’s heritage,” the second movie is a love-letter to “the Union,” Lincoln, and to the “necessity” of government secrecy.
