Neocon governor Scott Walker has expanded the welfare state with more vouchers, to send welfare kids to private schools for free. If private schools take state money, they must dance to its tune in everything from curriculum to discipline. Nor can they turn down any state kid for admission. In other words, they are being deprivatized. But that is what the neocons want: to statize the private school industry. PS: Homeschool!
