Neocon Yellow Journalism

The phrase “yellow journalism” was first coined to refer to that monster of the pro-state media, William Randolph Hearst, promoting a war of aggression against Spain with lies and libel. Hearst was almost an early neocon, and the current neocons, dedicated to empire and endless wars, carry on his tradition at The New Republic and elsewhere.
