“Democracy,” like “freedom” and “liberty,” means “rule by the US state.” If people vote the wrong way, that is anti-democratic, as Justin Raimondo points out about Ukraine. In the Afghani elections, no candidate who opposed the US occupation was allowed to run. The same will be true in Iraq. The choices will be between Quisling A and Quisling B. This is what global democracy means. This is what the National Endowment for Democracy promotes. This is the neocon vision.
