To my knowledge, here’s the first citing of the odious NDAA: The government lists it as a reason to continue imprisoning a guy whom they have never charged, indicted, or tried at Gitmo.
But this certainly won’t be the last time the Feds rely on their shiny new all-purpose tyranny.
