The gauleiter of Nazi York City says he is well aware of the fact that consumers can get around his edict to ban 16oz. size servings of soda by buying two 8oz. servings, but he says that studies show that if people have smaller portions, they have less of a tendency to buy more.

My guess is that Nazi Bloomberg will eventually try to pass a law outlawing the serving of second helpings.
