More thoughts on a brokered convention

The more I think about it, the more I think a brokered convention favors Ron Paul.

Let’s assume Ron Paul wins a plurality of delegates, say, 35%.

The four horsemen have less than 20% each.

The super delegates and party regulars who will decide things will face a stark choice: Ron Paul or a 100% certain slam dunk lead pipe cinch lock for Hillary as an aftershock of bringing in someone who didn’t even campaign, or worse yet, nominating someone who finished behind Ron Paul. The party wouldn’t recover from the trauma for years. A third Clinton term will be simply unpalatable.

So, if I am correct, it just got easier for Ron Paul to win the nomination.
