So, the Republicans are all upset at the Obama administration over “Fast and Furious” and a Republican-controlled House panel voted to hold Attorney General Holder in contempt of Congress. Just don’t ever expect the Republicans to address the real issue: Why do we have a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms to begin with since the federal government has no constitutional authority to regulate, restrict, or ban alcohol, tobacco, or firearms?
