More on Water

Sanitation and water availability is not the same everywhere, and, to be sure, that is sad. But this article by Mr. Bartram at the WHO does not suggest anything that will fix this problem. Interestingly, he notes that global measures have done little to improve on water availability and sanitation and has been slow to react to changing needs in the last 50 years:

The [UN’s] formula hasn’t developed significantly, possibly since the 1960s when the World Health Organization (WHO) began reporting…

Yet his answers are all in the line of “If a little socialism doesn’t work, maybe more socialism will fix it.”
