The military idolatry that goes on in some churches has already begun. I guess that Armed Forces Day (the third Saturday in May) serves as the kickoff to a week or more of idolatry. I have already seen churches with Memorial Day slogans on their signs and extra flags inside and outside of the church buildings. If your church is like this and you have not done so, please read my “How To Demilitarize Your Church.” It might give you some ideas. If only more pastors read LRC to supplement their seminary education. Some do. I know because they have written me and told me.
