Off topic, but after being away from community theater for 20+ years, I’m appearing as Vinnie in a local production of The Odd Couple beginning next week. Vinnie has a minor role but it’s a funny show and worth seeing. It runs November 7, 8, 13, 14, and 15 at 7:00pm, with matinees on November 9 and 16 at 2:00pm at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center in Auburn. Reservations: 334-741-5333.
