. . . (a.k.a. Governor Deval Patrick) has decreed that no one in the state is to be on a road in his own vehicle after 4 P.M. today because it’s snowing, and the public employee unions don’t want to be pestered while they shovel snow.  The penalty for disobeying the Fuhrer’s dictate is $500 and up to one year in prison.
