(Thanks to Robert Rozeff for this item.) The State of Maine requires a birth certificate in order to renew a driver’s license, apparently due to federal pressure and rules. This is yet another means of intimidating, discomforting, conditioning, and overpowering us. The State KNOWS that my brother and his wife have been granted licenses by the State for the past 30–50 years! But it won’t use even this most minimal and effective screening or profiling information. Meanwhile, is it not easier to fabricate a birth certificate if one has a mind to develop a false identity than it is to show that one in fact already has had a license for the past 10 or 20 or 30 years or more?
