Look up in the sky, it’s a bird, it’s a plane,

it’s Lockheed Martin’s High Altitude Airship (HAA). HAA is a large, solar powered blimp that can stay in orbit for up to a year. While you cannot see these blimps, they can be equipped with hi-resolution cameras and other surveillance equipment, so that they can see you.

Lockheed Martin is receiving $40 million dollars from the government to develop these supper- sleuthing blimps. The government has ordered 11 blimps, enough to allow the US state to achieve the dream of governments everywhere: the ability to constantly spy on goings on in every square inch of the “homeland.”
