Obama says that the “government has a responsibility to refrain from violence.” Mrs. Clinton says that the government should “call off the mercenaries.”
Does this mean that they are attacking the government of the United States for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? No, Obama and Clinton are only talking about the government of Libya. The U.S. government is the great exception when it comes to violence and mercenaries.
