Karen: And don’t forget those Nazi war criminals, at Nuremberg, who tried using – to no avail – the defense that what they did was required under German law. And what about all of the cities and states in America whose ordinances and statutes required – pre-Civil Rights Act – the physical separation of races in schools, public accommodations, transportation, etc.? Are the neocons saying such legal requirements made such prohibitions justifiable?
I hope Cheney and his crowd keep babbling their vulgar foolishness. It will only hasten the day that Republicanism and conservatism will become – in the words of the Munchkin City coroner – not “merely dead, but really most sincerely dead.”
