Laurence, regarding your “Mindless Warmongering,” those guys are just Johnnies Come Lately. I hate to brag (ok, ok, I admit it, I enjoy this sort of bragging), but I beat them to the punch, as early as 2007, when I was calling for the murder of all non Americans. They don’t call me Walter Warmonger Block for nothing. My only “failure” in this regard was that I was kidding. Lew made me put a note at the end of this essay: Please note: this is a parody. Too many people would have thought I was serious had I not done so. Murray Rothbard used to say that it is impossible to write parodies anymore. Reality overtakes them. So it is, in this case too.
