Tom brings up a most interesting point. Here are Republicans in control of all branches of the federal government, but they are not happy. We have them ranting away on the airwaves and ranting in DC. The other day, I read where John McCain sees himself as a “Teddy Roosevelt Republican,” which is a nice way of saying he fashions himself to be a dictator.

However, if things keep going the way they are, in another election or two, the Republicans might be able to take the place of the Republicans I remember when I was in college a few decades ago.
