The birthplace of the Jacobins (ancestors of the Bolsheviks and the neocons)has banned the popular “energy drink” Red Bull. Ireland may soon follow French’s lead and limit distribution of Red Bull, “to protect the children.”

Like ephedra, energy drinks are popular and not approved by the medical establishment so how long before our national nannies declare war on Red Bull and similar products?
